About Us
Fund A Forest was started by The Snider Family concerned about global warming and climate change. Our previous volunteer efforts took us to different developing countries such as Kenya, Guatemala and Vietnam. The far-reaching problems climate change is causing was quite obvious.
In researching what can be done about climate change it became evident that the best thing to do is to use nature’s own carbon-sequestering machines – TREES. If we can plant billions of trees around the world, we can reduce CO2 levels in the atmosphere and begin to cool the planet again. That is why we created Fund A Forest, to raise funds to reforest rainforest that has been destroyed.
